“I'm a 55 year old woman that is 5'4". I started training with Taylor in September of 2019. I had just quit smoking and weighed 150 pounds. I was definitely overweight and out of shape. I started training with Taylor for 30 minutes a day twice a week. I could barely walk a mile a day or lift a couple pound weight. Within 5 months, I more than tripled the weight I could lift and could easily walk 5 miles a day. This is unbelievable progress as I suffered many setbacks with my health and wasn't always able to keep up with my training schedule. Today I weigh 128 pounds and still work with Taylor twice a week. “Hiring Taylor as our personal trainer has been the best decision of 2021. The convenience of having him come to our home has been a game changer. We had been talking about making fitness our goal as a couple, but between COVID-19, 3 kids, and work it just was not happening.
